SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
 All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (we do not operate on weekends or holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Mexico: 3–7 business days
U.S.: 7–15 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to high seasons, customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect information or failed delivery attempts.
 If reshipment is required, the cost must be covered by the customer.
 Delivery Issues – 48 Hour Policy
 If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or shows delivery issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation via Instagram DM: @knock.knock_nails

International Customs and Duty Fees:

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of customs and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that may occur once the order has reached the destination.
