2. Quality assurance
- Each set is handmade and unique.
- Slight variations in color or detail are normal characteristics of handmade products and do not affect use. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.
3. Damaged or unusable products
- If the product arrives broken, damaged, or unusable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos.
- Once the case is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
