After-sales service policy
1. Shipping and logistics
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences a significant carrier-related delay, contact us so we can review the case and provide a solution in accordance with our policies.
2. Quality assurance
- Each set is handmade and unique.
- Slight variations in color or detail are normal characteristics of handmade products and do not affect use. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.
3. Damaged or unusable products
- If the product arrives broken, damaged, or unusable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos.
- Once the case is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
